I was raised in Cass County Michigan, and have lived in the Dunlap area of Elkhart County for the last 20+ years with my wife and children, who often help with the business.  I've been cooking and smoking meats as a hobby for the last 25 years, but after a career in the road construction business ended, I decided to follow my heart in 2016 and serve others full-time.

   

We are currently serving the areas of: Elkhart, Goshen, Mishawaka, South Bend, Michiana, Northern Indiana, and Southwest Michigan.
